Oregon and Southern Idaho, Laborers-Employers Training Trust is a proud participant of the Helmets to Hardhats program thru the Laborers International Union of North America. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your service to our country.

You may be eligible for Direct Entry status into our Construction Craft Laborers Apprenticeship program, through Helmets to Hardhats:

Veterans who have completed 178 days of active service within the past 24 months may apply to the program at any time if they meet the minimum qualifications for the program and if they are: Military, Reservist or Guardsmen with a valid DD214 issued within the last 24 months.

• PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE MET IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR DIRECT ENTRY:
1. Valid DD214 (for H2H/Direct Entry must be issued within the last 24 months)
2. Proof of age (must be at least eighteen years old)
3. Proof of Education (GED,H.S. Diploma, or H.S. transcripts)
4. Must be physically able to perform the work of the trade.
5. Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
